Estate Missile Site Motel Railyard

the only surviving piece of the Mitchell Yards is the engine house, built in 1906 and operated until 1960. Locomotives were repaired in the building pictured. they sent a whole hell of a lot of ore out of this place all over the country i believe. seems like the guy who owned it was getting a restoration effort off the ground a number of years back but a snag must have been hit somewhere, because this place is clapped. reduced to a party spot for dipshit high schoolers, a sad fate indeed.
